How helpful and friendly the staff were and especially with my daughter

Location in the south of London was easy to get to. The lobby is large and airy with good seating. Lots of parking when I was there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was no noise.

I liked the clean room, and the body wash in the showers. I liked that the hotel was easily accessible from both sides of the main road and very close to the highway. My stay was very quiet - the hotel is very large and I stayed on a far left wing of the first floor. Parking was not an issue, and I felt safe leaving my car parked outside.

Front desk staff was very welcoming. It was very clean. Our room was clean. And comfortable.

The bed was amazing! Comfortable bed with ample pillows - all smelling like bleach (CLEAN!). Staff was very friendly - both lobby staff at check-in/check-out and room service/food delivery.

Great location fairly close to the highway. Very clean. Love the fact you can get your breakfast included, which was a great buffet and a very nice restaurant inside the hotel.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. Lots of parking, and a convenient location, handy to the highway. A nice bar area for those who might want it in the evening. Staff at reception, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Lots of plugs for electronics. Shower was updated without a bathtub. The hotel seemed very luxurious! Lots of security cameras!
